Our Favorite Cyber Week Deals
With Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals upon us there is no better time to make some impactful upgrades in your short term rental. From big ticket items to small, thoughtful additions, we've created a curated list of our favorite steals right now.
Must Haves For Bedrooms
A beautiful escape with a comfortable bed is one of the most important guest amenities that can really make a huge difference in your guest's experience. These are our favorite most reliable items that we come back to again and again.
This mattress is sure to provide your guests with a restful night's sleep. We swear by this mattress and guests ask about them again and again.
Providing guests with a dedicated space to charge their devices is something not every host does but everyone can appreciate!
Easy to use sound machines are ideal for guests that have trouble sleeping away from home. We love this brand!
Coffee Addicts
Another high impact necessity that is often overlooked is coffee. Go the extra mile for your guest and leave a few coffee pods and coffee grounds out for them to make the mornings that much easier.
We love the flexibility that the Keurig Duo provides. It's great for groups and for individuals alike.
If you're hoping to elevate your guest experience, you can't beat the luxury of an espresso maker and milk frother!
Can't forget our tea drinker friends! We love a cute countertop tea kettle like this one!
Kitchen Essentials
Ensuring that your rental is fully stocked with everything a guest may need is imperative to preventing late night calls, negative reviews and overall lackluster guest experiences. That's why we only stock properties with products we would use!
We love the Ninja NeverStick Pans, which hold up well against a high volume of guests. Not to mention they are built to last, dishwasher safe, and are even oven safe.
Quality knives are a must in any home and this Cuisinart set marries excellent quality, a great price point and a beautiful look.
Investing in an air fryer or other countertop kitchen gadgets is a great way to make guests feel at home. The list of countertop appliances is never ending, but that's why the Ninja Foodi is such a great option! It functions as an air fryer, slow cooker, pressure cooker and more.
The Great Outdoors
Outdoor space is such a valuable selling point of any home and extending patio season is always appreciated by guests. Here are our favorite ways to enjoy your outdoor space when nights turn chilly.
Tower heaters are perfect for stretching out patio season for a little longer!
There's nothing more magical than bundling up around a fire with your loved ones and we love the Solo Stove!
Extending s'mores season is always a good idea. These cute mini fire pits give off a surprising amount of heat!
Clean and Tidy
When it comes to providing the best possible experience, cleanliness is one of the most important factors. Allowing guests access to vacuums, brooms, etc will ensure that they're able to keep their space clean should they need to.
We love this Shark vacuum for its ultra lightweight and handheld capabilities. It's a great tool to have on site for guests who want to keep a tidy space!
Steam mops are a great compact option for rentals and this one is an excellent, sustainable option.
Air purifiers really cut down on allergens, and this Shark air purifier can also double as a personal heater or fan.
Splurge vs. Save: Smart TVs
These days, a Smart TV is the standard across short term rentals, and we love outfitting all bedrooms with TVs so guests can escape to their own spaces. While you can definitely choose to splurge in this area, there are definitely excellent affordable options that your guests will love.
The Samsung Frame TV transforms any living space into a chic, modern hangout that will impress your guests. Not to mention, it doubles as wall art and can really add a cozy, elevated feel to your space.
We love an Amazon TV or a TCL, which both offer a great user interface and excellent value for the dollar.
Happy shopping this weekend!
