Property Prep Team Member and Inspector
Locations: Nashville, Smoky Mountains, Cape Cod
We're hiring multiple property professionals willing to get to know our properties inside and out, perform full-home cleanings (including laundry), conduct hospitality checks, and handle on-call concierge responsibilities as requested.
About the Role
Our Cleaning Specialists are the backbone of our business. They are detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done. The best candidates will stop at nothing to put a smile on the faces of our guests and property owners. They treat our homes as if they are their own and are extraordinarily reliable.
Our cleaners typically perform 6–9 cleans weekly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Detailed care for and cleaning of each property between guests
- Get to know our homes inside and out and report any issues to management in a timely manner
- Check in and out via a web/phone app and provide information and photo documentation of completed jobs
- Fulfill special requests from guests or management
- Organize and distribute supply stock, and notify management of necessary orders
- Occasionally review turnovers by other specialists to ensure a double layer of quality
- Assist management team with onsite tasks as necessary
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Meticulously clean, organized, and hard working
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with excellent time management
- Reliable and resourceful, willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Bonus points for experience in home maintenance or property ownership
- Must be a self-starter able to recognize need before a task is assigned
- Comfortable working in multiple locations across multiple properties in Nashville on any given day
- Valid US Driver's License and reliable vehicle required
- Flexible availability is a MUST—we operate on a rotating schedule with day shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to undergo background check and random drug testing
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential

Compensation and Benefits
Full-time or part-time position starting at $18 per hour. Full-time employees qualify for healthcare benefits after 60 days of successful employment and may be eligible for performance bonuses as determined by management.
