What's Included in Our Monthly Maintenance Fee
Linen Pool Program
Participation in our linen pool program of high-quality hotel linens laundered at off-site facility. No more wear and tear on your washer/dryer!
Essential Supplies
Labor for shopping for and installation of air filters, batteries and light bulbs (less than 15 ft) and basic household essentials.
Trash Service
Weekly trash roll-in and roll-out from the curb and/or community dumpster where applicable.
Professional Dispatch
Regular dispatch, supervision of and reporting/payment as needed, of skilled and unskilled professionals to service property.
Project Management
Up to 3 hours of management of multistep property projects per month. (i.e. water intrusion issues, patching drywall, etc)
Seasonal Maintenance
Labor of seasonal light maintenance items including dripping faucets, laying salt/sand, sweeping exterior patios, cleaning grill grates between guests, covering patio furniture, etc.
Exterior & Systems Care
Identifying need for, contracting, scheduling, overseeing and submitting payment for/of services including: lawn care, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, paint touch ups, annual/bi-annual HVAC/plumbing/major systems inspection
A Few Things to Know
Maintenance Fees are evaluated twice yearly in March and October.
Participation in linen pool will result in quarterly linen refresh fees, which will vary based on the occupancy and bed count of your property. You will always own and be entitled to 2 full sets of sheets and towels.
